Lovely flat once we got in. Well equipped
8.0The double bed was very comfortable but the single fold down bed was to foot for an adult. The flat was very well equipped. It looked very clean.
− I had to try to phone several times to get the correct code. When I kept getting a message saying the number could not be contacted at this time. I then phoned booking .com only to speak to a bot for about 20 mins before eventually being told I would be put through to a customer service advisor. The message came up saying it was a 30 min wait however it took well over an hour. In this time my 80 year old mum was desperate to use the toilet and my autistic son had self harmed. It flat could benefit from a proper shower. It has a shampoo hose but the water pressure isn't great. There was also a not so nice smell off the couch a bit like stale pop corn.

9.0The property was excellent—well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, and I would highly recommend it. I’ll definitely look to rebook if we return to Scarborough. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, with a coffee machine, washing machine, tall fridge freezer, clothes airer, fan, hoover, and more. We also really appreciated being allowed an early check-in. The welcome basket was a lovely touch, including wine, nachos with dip, and cookies. There were also helpful brochures highlighting nearby attractions and places to visit. As regular visitors each year with my son, we found the location perfect - just a short walk from the beach, shops, and amusements. We would absolutely stay here again. And yes, you can hear the seagulls - but that’s all part of the experience when staying in a seaside resort like Scarborough!
