Great location and spacious apartment
10.0Quiet location 10 mins walk from the lake front. Lovely spacious rooms and a nice outside sitting area. We were there when it was 30C and the flat stayed cool.

Die Gegend ist sehr schön aber für diesen Preis würde ich die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.
5.0Die Wohnung war entsprechend der Bilder und die Lage war toll.
− Der Garten! Damit wird so geworben und war ein Auswahlkriterium für uns. Allerdings ist der Garten so zugewuchert ringsherum das die Wohnung absolut dunkel macht und der Garten so nicht zu nutzen ist. Es gab keine Liegen und die kleine Terrasse war auch nicht einladend.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Man sollte sich nicht vom ersten , äußerlich etwas ungepflegt wirkenden Eindruck
7.0Ruhige Lage Nur wenige Minuten zum Chiemsee zu Fuß Parkplatz gleich vor der Tür Sehr ruhiges Haus mit sehr freundlichen Leuten In der FeWo sogar Kaffeefilter, Salz, Nesspressomaschine mit vier Kapseln vorhanden!
− Loggia leider von außen zugewuchert vom ungepflegten Gartenstück davor - Gardinen waren nicht hochzuziehen, sodass der an sich schöne Raum sehr dunkel war. Küche zwar mit allem ausgestattet - aber etwas lieblos zusammengestellt. Wasserkocher und Co. standen sehr unharmonisch einfach auf dem Fensterbrett

1.0− Schlechte Kommunikation Heizung war ausgefallen und man musste hinterher telefonieren, während des Aufenthalts fand dies bezüglich keine weitere Information statt. Nach dem Aufenthalt fand keine Kommunikation mehr statt wegen Erstattung des Preises.
