− It needs updating and there was a strong unpleasant smell in hallway. The bed was small and very low. It was like a teenagers room so not suitable for older people. The bedding was shabby and smelt and the mattress dirty.

10.0Saved us with a lovely room after a rather traumatic experience at a hotel round the corner! Lovely hosts, great property, great location, excellent facilities and excellent value for money. Will 100% be heading back here!

10.0Pretty close to pretty much everything in Newquay, the room was clean spatious, had a big bed, wardrobes a good tv, good lighting kettle an a fridge. The bathroom was really big too, nice shower. Everything was clean and there was a lot of space, felt more like a home and a place to rest that other rooms ive seen on holidays.
