10.0It is my second visit this year. Nishan is so kind, the breakfasts are amazing and served overlooking the pool. Rooms are very spacious and very clean, there is a fridge and cooking facilitues to share. It was a nice walk into the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa with all the restraunts and bars but only a 4 min ride back by tuk tuk. Nishan offered to drop me off in town (but I enjoyed the walk), he also gave me a packed lunch and a lift to the train station. Not to mention I accidently booked an extra night and he returned my money in full, even though it was completely my fault. I can definately recomend this quiet oasis 😍

10.0Радушное отношение хозяина виллы к нам, вкусные и красивые завтраки, заинтересованность Лишана в благополучии постояльцев, простор комнаты, душевой, бассейна и двора. Красиво, чисто и уютно. Вилла пропитана положительной энергией и находиться на ней было очень приятно!

9.0The property is amazing! Huge apartment and a big pool. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful…he provided me with everything I asked for and he also let me stay more on my check out day. I really suggest to stay here if you want to relax and be away from the noise of the city.

10.0The best place in all Hikkaduwa! It is my second time here and I can not say anything else except for…just book it! It worths every money spent. The villa is amazing, quiet, super clean, fully equipped…just perfect ! An extra value is Sanath and his family. They are the best family I ever met since I am here in Sri Lanka. Very helpful, honest, kind and lovely people…they will always be for you Thank you again for being part of my journey! You always will be part of my heart 💚
