10.0The hotel is good and meets expectations, but the staff truly stand out. As soon as we arrived, one of the staff members came to meet us, and later helped us plan our entire itinerary in Guilin, offering tours and tips that were extremely valuable. I highly recommend this hotel for foreign travelers, as beyond the accommodation itself, you receive great support to fully enjoy Guilin. Thank you very much for everything!

10.0Hotel położony niedaleko centrum Guilin. Kontakt z właścicielem wspaniały - Kitty odpowiadała bardzo szybko i zarezerwowała dodatkowo dla nas dwie wycieczki oraz zorganizowała odbiór z lotniska. WiFi działa dobrze. Pokój był czysty i dosyć duży. Możliwość zrobienia prania za darmo. Generalnie spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w tym hotelu i jeśli wrócimy do Guilin to na pewno się tam zatrzymamy. :)

10.0Em geral, a instalação é muito boa e com um ótimo custo benefício. Quarto limpo, cama confortável, excelente localização e os atendentes foram incríveis, muito atenciosos e queridos conosco. Em especial, Milo com bom inglês, o que é difícil de encontrar na região, crucial para fazer dessa experiência muito mais significativa, ele realmente se importava com os hóspedes.
