− The location...... It seemed extremely antisocial, neglected & intimidating. The host...... was very rude & hostile!!! When they eventually contacted me to give self check-in details, we'd already had to source alternative accommodation & when I tried to explain this to them, they became extremely hostile & verbally abusive!

Nothing, it took 5 ouhrs before they contacted me back, so I couldn't enter. I sat on a dirty street trying to call them. Then later that evening I got just a text "when will you arrive?". Impolite way of communicating. I had to book another accomodation.

I didn't like anything about it - AVOID AVOID AVOID The accommodation was what I expected for 50eur a night, it was the owner that caused weekend to be ruined. What was unexpected was being awoken at 7am on sunday morning by someone smashing on the bed room door. I had to ask three times for the person to identify themselves when someone replied they were the owner and they wanted to inspect the room. The person was incredibly rude and said they were checking to make sure there wasn't two people in the single booked room. I immediately packed and left and did not stay the last night as it did not feel safe. This accommodation should not be allowed to be offered as the owner is not a safe person to interact with. NO one expects the Ritz for 50eur a night but you do still expect a tidy safe environment free from dangerous people.

− The owner thumping on the bed room door at 7am on Sunday morning demanding an inspection of the room implying I would have had another person stay over. They failed to identify themselves until requested about three times, they were rude and abrupt in their manner. I would be terrified if I were a female guest and experienced this behaviour. This accommodation should not be offered on booking.com. Edit: Owners response below shows exactly what you are dealing with if you book here. They seem to think that cheap price allows them to do whatever they wish. Read over the reviews below where this behaviour is repeated over the past three years from multiple guests.
