Looks exactly as the photos show, the view is amazing! Easy distance to restaurants, beaches, and travelling into Funchal (Bolt is a must). We loved our stay here, comfy, all you could need, great swimming pool, beautiful gardens, only wish we had longer. Only watch out is you have neighbours, windows around, but that didn’t impact us, we’d definitely stay again. Thank you!

Modern looking villa in a great location, amazing views, heated pool, all the facilities and necessary stuff, private garage and garden, easy check-in, some local treats from the host, clean and convenient. Highly recommend!

The pool was nice. The view was nice.

− Kitchen bin mechanism is broken so it keeps falling out when you try and put something in it. The outside cushions are ill fitting on the outside furniture and we're left outside so are wet and dirty The umbrella is covered in bird poo and dirty and broken only able to be put up in one place and can't be moved Cigarette burns on the coffee table outside. There are no cushions for the sun  loungers The towels are very thin and threadbare and only 1per guest is provided. 1 swimming towel per guest, we ended up washing the towels 3 times during our stay No oven gloves,just 2 very threadbare and thin tea towels A bit annoying that no washing up liquid or washing liquid was left in the villa, we purchased both and have left for the next guests Very small amount of dishes for doing lunches, serving dishes Frying pan are all.bent and not flat bottomed so hard to cook with. The front door lock is extremely tricky and annoying to try and open All the other door locks are sticky and irritating to lock and unlock Only 1 remote works to open the garage door and gate Irritating things  that could be easily fixed if the owners spent some money on maintenance The decking was really dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned for some time The villa is very overlooked with people in the house behind sitting clearly looking directly onto the villa on conference calls etc therefore there being no privacy at all Compared to other villas we have stayed in this one is equipped to the very bare minimum. Definitely not luxury. There is no information re reccomendations for different tour companies or anything useful like that There are no family games or any useful things like that, not even a packet of cards The beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable. The swimming pool is cold even though we paid €45 per day for it to be heated. The faux leather has rubbed off on the headboard of two beds which is a bit gross.
