Style over substance.

Nice view, good location. Tent is spacious.

Facilities lacking. Unfortunately, at the price point you are more likely to compare it to a hotel room rather than camping, and it falls a bit short. I didn’t really need a rusty tin bath. I could have done with somewhere to hang wet clothes. I think it may be worth considering some practicalities and necessities.

I do not think this accommodation was anywhere near good value for the price paid.

Great bell tent experience

8.0

The view from the bell tent was great and the cooking facilities were more than adequate. It was close enough to be able to walk to the beach and easy access to coastal path for walks.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and one of the frying pans needs replacing. The noise from the road next to the bell tents detracted a bit from the peace and tranquility.

Magical night in a special place

8.0

Fabulous view, very special location overlooking Burgh Island with a lovely friendly vibe at the campsite. I especially enjoyed seeing the stars when it was really dark. I also slept really well. The tents are large enough to stand up and move around.

No gas in the igniter for the cooker (but other campers leant me one)
