1.0Pathetic response from the reception. Room was not ready and hotel cleaning staff occupied the room before my arrival. Hotel was smelling bad and not clean. Didn’t stay there because room was not ready

− I arrived late night. As they realised I have no option to go somewhere else, they asked me extra money than the booking amount. Its too noisy and dirty.
