6.0Location was beautiful, breakfast and pool was also great
− Staff had very limited English proficiency, it was quite a challenge to communicate and ask questions. Shower area was also very slippery which can be potentially dangerous. Bath towels also had holes in them.

− 1. ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามาก ถึงมากที่สุด ถ้าเทียบกับราคาห้องพักหลักหมื่น เก่าจนขอบเป็นเส้นหลุดรุ่ยออกมา ลองดมผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็กไม่หอมไม่พอมีกลิ่นอีกจะอ้วก ไม่กล้าเอามาเช็ดหน้า แนะนำ**** กรุณาเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวสีขาวยกเซ็ต ให้คุ้มค่าราคาห้องพักด้วย อีกคืนมาพักที่โรงแรมในตัวเมืองจังหวัดขอนแก่นราคาห้องพัก3000ผ้าเช็ดตัวดีมากขาวสะอาดหอมมาก ยิ่งทำให้รู้สึกแย่ถ้าเทียบกับที่พักนี้ ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ควรมองข้าม และให้อภัยไม่ได้จริงๆ ความรู้สึกแย่กับผ้าเช็ดตัวมาก ได้ลองอ่านหลายคอมเม้นก่อนจองเรื่อง ผ้าเช็ดตัว ที่เก่า แต่ทำไมทางโรงแรมถึงไม่ใส่ใจที่จะรับเรื่อง เปลี่ยนแปลง 2. อ่างล้างหน้า มีคราบเหลืองเข็มตามขอบและตรงรูระบายน้ำ จนน่าขยะแขยงเหมือนไม่เคยขัดเลย ตอนแรกนึกว่าลายหินอ่อน แต่ไม่ใช่ 3. สระว่ายน้ำเต็มไปด้วยเศษใบไม้ 4. อาหารเช้าโจ๊กเค็มไปมาก ไข่เจียวเค็ม รสชาติอาหารย้งไม่โอเคสำหรับราคาที่พัก ลองไปดูงานอาหาร รสชาติ ของโรงแรมในเครือ Hillton ดูค่ะ ก่อนไปถึงฝนตกหนักทางเดินหลังห้องไปสระมีคราบโคลนตม จนลูกชายบอกแม่ว่าทำไมเขาไม่ทำความสะอาดก่อนเรามา เพราะกลางคืนฝนตกตลอดคืนตื่นเช้ามาทางเดินสะอาด คิดว่าพนักงานน้อยอาจทำงานไม่ทั่วถึง โรงแรมระดับนี้ควรอบรมพนักงานทุกต่ำแหน่งให้ยิ้มแย้มทักทายแขกเมื่อผ่านหรือเจอ ไม่เว้นคนสวน

9.0Fantastische bungalow! 🫶🏻 Mooi fris wit, beetje Scandinavische stijl. Fijn eigen zwembad met uitzicht op het Nationaal park Khao Yai. Lekkere lounge plekjes en goede cocktails Ook het eten in het restaurant is goed.

Please be aware that some zones of Roukh Kiri Khao Yai will be undergoing renovation during May 8th – Aug 10th, 2023.
