I booked from booking texted them to send location no one answered after I arrived I called them to open the gate for me
1.0Nothing I texted them to send location no one answered after I arrived I called them to open the gate for me the receptionist answered do u have reservation I said yes then he told I will call u after few minutes after 15 minutes I called him back he refused my call then I waited again 12 minutes called him back he answered cancell the reservation we don’t have available room so I waited for him almost 30 minutes and driving all over for 3 and half hours total 4 hours and after all that cancel we are full why did I book from booking from the beginning I’m traveling 3:30 hours then driving and waiting 4 hours he wasn’t responsible and rude he closed the line while I’m talking he wasted my time and ruined my day
