Номер соответствовал заявленному в объявлении, в номере чисто, есть все бытовые принадлежности, как дома (посуда, стиральная машинка, утюг и прочее), хозяин Тимур отличный, несколько раз уточнил время приезда (так как у нас была отмена рейса), встретил, была не приятная ситуация с замком на следующий день, но хозяин быстро отреагировал, приехал по звонку и все исправил. Однозначно рекомендую

− Просто как рекомендация, если вы едите с ребенком и вам нужна тишина после 22:00 то уточните этот момент сразу, возможно вам предложат номер подальше от берега, так как у нас окна выходили прям на берег с кафе и там 2 дня были праздники и салют, нам лично это не мешало

Прекрасные апартаменты и невероятное гостеприимство! Мы отдыхали семьёй — двое взрослых и наша дочка-подросток 16 лет. Это был наш первый опыт бронирования через Booking, когда оплату нужно было производить наличными по приезду, поэтому сначала немного переживали. Но все сомнения исчезли сразу. Нас бесплатно встретили в аэропорту по прилету, помогли обменять евро и также бесплатно отвезли обратно в аэропорт в день отъезда — это было очень удобно и приятно. Тимур, владелец апартаментов, лично встретил нас возле дома, всё показал и подробно рассказал. Мы бронировали студию, но за ту же стоимость Тимур сделал нам приятный сюрприз и поселил нас в просторные апартаменты с отдельной спальней на 20-м этаже с потрясающим панорамным видом на море. В апартаментах было очень чисто, уютно и продумано всё для комфортного проживания: отлично работающий Wi-Fi, два телевизора, два кондиционера, холодильник, стиральная машина, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка для белья, плита, вся необходимая посуда и всё необходимое для жизни. Раскладной диван превращается в полноценное двухспальное место, поэтому нашей дочке было очень удобно отдыхать. Также в шкафу есть дополнительный матрас и тёплое одеяло на случай прохладной погоды или если гости приезжают в холодное время года. Всё работает исправно: хороший напор воды, слив работает отлично, квартира ухоженная и очень комфортная. Расположение также очень удобное: пляж находится прямо напротив апартаментов, примерно в 200 метрах, рядом есть магазины для повседневных покупок. Отдельное огромное спасибо Тимуру за заботу и внимание. Все 11 дней нашего отдыха он всегда был на связи, помогал по любому вопросу, давал советы и делал всё, чтобы мы чувствовали себя комфортно. Благодаря Тимуру мы смогли увидеть настоящую Грузию. Он организует индивидуальные экскурсии по желанию гостей и может подобрать маршрут под любые интересы. Вместе с его братом Сулхани мы ездили в горную Аджарию, Мартвильский каньон и пещеру Прометея.
