Gute Lage, schmuddeliges Ambiente
5.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos.
− Wir waren zu fünft angemeldet, hatten aber Kopfkissen und Bettdecken für 4 Personen. Leider hat niemand reagiert. In der Beschreibung steht "TV" Gerät, dabei funktioniert es nicht und wurde von Gästen schon im Januar 26 gemeldet. Backofen funktionierte ebenso nicht. Als wir ankamen, stießen wir auf dreckiges Geschirr der vorherigen Gäste. Matratzen sind total durchgelegen.

Fairly good location, friendly staff but very dirty place. Gets very hot on hot summer days.
4.0Staff was friendly and always available on the phone. I stayed during the heatwave and they offered to order a fan, after I asked if the apartment offers one. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time. I wish they would have ordered one without me asking first as the heatwave was announced days before and the apartment is located under the roof without any curtains or anything to cover the large windows. It got very hot in there from 5am onwards, once the sun was rising. Luckily I brought my own fan and bought an additional one in Berlin.
− It was very unclean, dirty towels in the bathroom which obviously someone forgot to move away. Bedding smelled as it wouldn’t have been changed. Towels and bedding were still on the drying rack and there were dirty cleaning cloth in the washing machine. The refrigerator is very old and dirty as well. The overall condition of the place is kinda dirty. There’s a huge pile of dust behind the bed. I can confirm the problem with the leakage of the shower, everytime you take a shower you kinda have to swipe away the flooding which is super annoying and then you have a lack of towels because obviously you need the towels to dry the floor. It was super hot in the apartment due to the heatwave with no fan provided on time as mentioned before. Was asked to bring my own one.
