1.0− The hotel provided inaccurate information about the room capacity, which led to an endless discussion. However they did not admit their mistake, and they even distorted what happened during our stay to defend themself. The location is far from the city center which makes it inconvenient for getting food and traveling around. Moreover, there is also a fee of 10% which they claimed to be the city tax, but it’s the management fee that they hire someone to run the property on booking.com. Totally not worth what you have to pay.

9.0We were extremely pleased by this small brand-new hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and a delicious local breakfast is included in the price. Located in the outskirt of Pleiku is very quite and just 5min drive from the city center
− The rooms are a bit small but spacious enough if the guest doesn't plan to spend much time in the hotel. There is no common area, however the staff allowed us to use the reception area at will. I suggest the owners to ask other guest to be mindful of other guests and avoid making too much noise.
