8.0The location is right on pedestrian area in the Old Town City Center. The apartment has 2 independent bathrooms.
− The interior courtyard from the gates until the propriety door looks like a ghetto. Everything is falling apart and it has poor lightning on the acces area. Very creepy sensation especially in late in the night! This 2 bedroom apartment has 1 room that is ok and looks renovated but the second is old and with a very uncomfortable bed.

9.0Amplasarea extraordinara chiar in centru. Confort, apartament utilat cu tot ce trebuie.
− Nefiind un bloc clasic, intrarea in apartament se face din exterior dinspre curtea interioara. Camerele nu au vedere catre zona pietonala ci catre curtea interioara. Usile de la cabina de dus erau sarite din locas. Am reusit cu tatal meu sa le repunem pe pozitie, sper sa si reziste.
