The Maisonette was what i was looking for. The photos dont do it justice here on booking it is way better. It was spacious and comfy for my family. The view was very nice form the balconies and it has all amenities needed. Martha was a great host and very welcoming with the best suggestions. It is very near Bella Vraka beach and Kavounu beach. Mostly everything is walking distance, there is a staircase on the right that makes it easier to get to the center. Also it was amazing that we could park in front of the house. Everything easy clean and organized.

La struttura si trova su un'altura proprio sopra il porto di Sivota, dal balcone della zona giorno si ha una bella vista della baia. L'appartamento è ben curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Marta, la host, ci ha accolto il giorno del nostro arrivo e ci ha dato tante dritte in merito a spiagge e ristoranti della zona. È stata sempre molto reattiva alle nostre richieste. Ci siamo sentiti a casa durante questa settimana di scoperta del bellissimo Epiro.

− La casa è su due piani collegati da una scala ed in un punto il ribassamento può essere un po' scomodo per le persone alte. Comunque ciò era segnalato chiaramente nella descrizione della struttura.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay, close to town & Kourvourno Bay. Would definitely stay again.

The property was lovely & homely. It was spacious, being over 2 floors, which was great. Lovely views of the harbour from the upstairs balcony. The location was also great, just over 5 minutes walk downhill to the town. Martha & Alex were very friendly & helpful. Thanks for the welcome bottle of wine & special thanks for settling our bill at La Luna for our Irish coffees & cheesecake! Very kind of you. xx

− The stairs were open to the kitchen area, which was a worry. The downstairs bathroom was ok but could benefit from having a walk in shower.

Bell'appartamento con vista sul mare

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben arredato, su due livelli, con un balcone e una terrazza da cui si può vedere sia il mare che una piscina. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva al molo, che è il principale luogo di aggregazione di questa bella località turistica. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio. E' sicuramente un posto dove ritornare molto volentieri
