1.0− Când am ajuns la locație, am avut “surpriza” ca hotelul sa fie inchis. Am sunat la numar si ne a redirectionat un domn la alt hotel, cu aceiasi bani, insa acel hotel pentru care facusem rezervare era inchis de cateva luni si nici macar nu am fost anuntate. 0 profesionalism atat din partea gazdei cat si din partea booking, caci din ce am inteles gazda a anuntat la booking ca au inchis. A cui este vina nu stiu, dar asa ceva nu se face!

− Стаята беше в сутерен,прозореца на нивото на двора на хотела,имаше лека миризма на мухъл и влага.Срещу прозореца беше вход на паркинг,много шум от коли и тряскащи врати на колите.
