9.0Lovely big house with parking. Everything there. Clean bedding and towels, also tea and coffee.
− Couldn't find hair dryer, although it said there was one there. Shower door leaks.

8.0Cleanish . Old style furniture but in good order. Carpets in good condition. Would have liked hand towel in bathrooms. Coasters for tables. Would I stay again yes.
− Cleanish some skirting boards need a clean. Bedding could do with an iron. Garden could do with tidy up. Could have done with a pair scissors and sharp knife in kitchen. Found spray bottle in shower smelled like bleach. Finish could be improved. Would I stay again yes.

− The property was old and could do with some TLC in the bathroom. There was no fabric bath mat provided. Coffee and tea whilst provided there was no long life milk provided. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable for our third person

− Couldn’t gain access as could not contact the owner we were left outside with children for over half an hour. Contacted booking.com who were able to contact the owner. Property was not clean and beds were uncomfortable.
Location was great and accommodation was clean.
