Les chambres sont belles et propres, la salle commune est pensée pour être confortable avec un coin cuisine, le frigo et une grande table. La vue sur la piscine et, au loin, sur la mer. C'est un emplacement idéal pour voir à la fois la route des laves, Saint Philippe mais aussi Saint-Pierre.

− L'absence de porte ou de rideau entre la douche et la chambre, l'aspect intérieur de la cour qui ne fait pas toujours très "propre". Par ailleurs, attention il y a des escaliers à monter pour aller dans la chambre, donc ne pas venir avec des grosses valises. Ce n'est pas un coin très "touristique", il faut forcément avoir une voiture pour se déplacer
