Comfortable but a little overpriced as the rooms were average and no better than a travelodge
7.0Good location. Didn’t use any of the facilities as we stayed here to travel to a wedding so can’t comment.
− It’s very run down and tatty in the communal areas. It’s a shame as it used to be a nice venue.
Great location and facilities where staff cannot do enough to ensure you have a good stay.

− The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable, needs changing.

7.0Room, location, facilities
− At breakfast which we went to just before nine we had to ask for quite a few things that had run out. Cereal dishes, drink mugs, milk and even hot water. Some staff for instance those on reception were excellent whereas some were not quite so good. Lots of cobwebs round one of wall lights in room!

− Breakfast no tables set and lots if dirty dishes, on arrival at restaurant booking in to find how much we paid for our room in view of everyone as this was discussed by the person in front of us. Seating in restaurant was stained. In our room carpet frayed going into bathroom. Room was very tired in need of upgrade, water drainging in sink very slow to empty
