Nagyon jó helyen található, a kulcsok már beképesztve vártak bennünket. Nagyon felszerelt volt a apartman, mosogató gép mosógép is rendelkezésre áll, a hozzá való mosószerekkel.

− Ami apróság, és lehet javítani, hogy meleg víz, nem volt valami sok, vagy langyos vagy hideg vízben tusoltunk párszor.

Tágas kényelmes, tiszta. A nagyon kedves és segítőkész! A bor a hűtőben igazán jó volt. Jó hely! 😀

Sfortunatamente all’arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera piena di moschini, hanno provveduto subito a farci alloggiare in un albergo la prima sera e al rientro, il giorno seguente, era tutto perfetto. Purtroppo può capitare la ma disponibilità loro è stata totale! - sauna in bagno

We chose this accommodation mainly because of the children’s facilities, which were a significant part of the presentation. Unfortunately, the reality upon arrival was completely different. There was renovation work taking place at the property, which was not mentioned anywhere in advance. We were willing to accept this and overlook the mess around the house. Unfortunately, the problem was not only outside. The apartment itself felt neglected and not properly prepared for guests. Inside there was a stale smell, issues with cleanliness, cobwebs, insects, and we also found used candles. We were also disappointed by the condition of the bedding – the pillows had an unpleasant smell and the overall standard of maintenance did not match what was presented in the listing. Another major disappointment was the children’s equipment – the trampoline was in very poor condition and the slide with the playhouse was untidy and not well maintained. Yet the children’s facilities were one of the main reasons why we chose this accommodation. We travelled with a small child and decided to leave shortly after arrival without using the accommodation at all. The owner was not present on site and it was therefore not possible to resolve the situation immediately. The follow-up communication felt unhelpful and without a genuine effort to understand the situation. We are disappointed because we perceived a significant difference between the presentation of the accommodation and its actual condition. In our opinion, we definitely cannot recommend this accommodation.

− Toto ubytování jsme vybírali především kvůli dětskému zázemí, které bylo výraznou součástí prezentace. Bohužel realita po příjezdu byla úplně jiná. V objektu probíhala rekonstrukce, na kterou nebylo nikde předem upozorněno. Přesto jsme byli připraveni tuto skutečnost akceptovat a přehlédnout nepořádek kolem domu. Bohužel problém nebyl jen venku. Samotný apartmán na nás působil zanedbaně a nepřipraveně pro příjezd hostů. Uvnitř byl zatuchlý zápach, nedostatky v čistotě, pavučiny, hmyz a našli jsme i použité svíčky. Nepříjemně na nás působil také stav ložního prádla – polštáře měly nepříjemný zápach a celková úroveň údržby neodpovídala tomu, co bylo prezentováno v nabídce. Velké zklamání pro nás představovalo také dětské vybavení – trampolína byla ve velmi špatném stavu a skluzavka s domečkem byly neudržované a v nepořádku. Přitom právě dětské prvky byly jedním z hlavních důvodů, proč jsme toto ubytování rezervovali. Cestovali jsme s malým dítětem, a po krátké době jsme se rozhodli odjet a ubytování vůbec nevyužít. Majitel nebyl na místě a nebylo možné situaci okamžitě řešit. Následná komunikace na nás působila málo vstřícně a bez skutečné snahy situaci pochopit. Mrzí nás to, ale mezi prezentací ubytování a skutečným stavem jsme vnímali výrazný rozdíl. Za nás toto ubytování rozhodně nemůžeme doporučit

Unser mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Apartment hätte Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie mit Großeltern geboten. Wir wären nur zu zweit, hatten dadurch jedoch zwei separate schöne große Zimmer. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick. Das Haus liegt aus einer Anhöhe, ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist daher empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit den freundlichen Vermietern klappte schon vor unserer Ankunft gut. Auch erhielten wir wertvolle Tipps. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
