The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, it's modern and spacious, nicely decorated, clean, it has a pool, a covered patio and outside furniture, and a coal grill, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer, starter basic consumables, wifi. There is a book with detailed information about the house amenities and local restaurants and a short description of the area. There is room for two cars to be parked on premises. Great communication with the host.

− There was a septic smell inside and outside, but the problem seems to be regional, not specific to this house. The gates opening was narrow, difficult to drive in and out.

Overall we loved the property and our stay. Recanto da Boavista a few doors away serves lovely food, easy 5 min Uber rid

The property was amazing, we loved it. Beautifully furnished, lovely pool area and the owners have thought of everything in terms of what is in the property.

− There is a bad smell from the drains that sometimes wafts through the home - some days nothing at all and some days unpleasant, especially in the front bedroom. 2 of our party tripped going up/down the step from the patio to the pool so perhaps this could be marked clearer.

Jemma was fantastic and was always available when needed.

− The only thing we didn't like was the smell coming from the 3rd room. Is something the owner had addressed already but the smell from the pipes is very strong making the 3rd room not able yo be used.

The place is wonderful, so well equipped. Everything you need for a vacation with kids is in the house. Everything was clean and there is plenty of space. Each room has a separate bathroom, definitely a big plus.
