Location, prairie dogs, easy booking, clean, quiet till the train.

− Mattress wasn't great, the shower water pressure will peel paint, no light in the kitchen

I slept in my car at the truck stop and had to pay for a shower there...

The guy staying behind the tack room was very friendly and helpful to try to point me In the right direction to find somebody to help me access the room I paid for as none of the provided phone numbers or booking.com support was any help in getting me the door code because I lost my phone and didn't receive it in a text... After hours of trying I finally had to find somewhere else to stay (my car at the truck stop).. Which cost me an additional 18 dollars to use a shower the next morning at the truck stop. Horrible night with no help except for the neighbor guy... He told me how to find the office but I never did find the office....😐 lucky for me I got a refund it should be here in 2 WEEKS!!! Yepeee!!!!😐😐 it took them 12 hours to reply to me about the code .

− The speed of the refund should not take 2 weeks , customer support at booking should have a contact number for this place for emergencies or after hours, and all this should have been text AND EMAILED to me just in case I might need it after 5pm when they all stop answering the phone....or the number could be posted on the door of the rack room itself because I never could find the office after looking for over 30 mins driving around aimlessly through an r.v. Park and some property I do t even know that they own that seemed deserted with everyone hiding inside....

It was a good value and by the airport. That was important to me because I had an early flight.
