9.0Really lovely and considerate staff. Amazing views. Easy parking and only a short walk into town (perugia is hilly so no matter where you are a hill will be involved. But really no big issue)

The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, while the hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, responsive, and welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay and would gladly return on our next visit.

Perfect Location, Spectacular Views, Clean Room, Friendly Staff.
10.0The residence was absolutely beautiful. The views were spectacular for a start. It was a 15-20 minute walk to town and a lovely walk through the city walls. It was so clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and wish we could have stayed for longer! Highly recommend.
