Noisy and creepy
3.0The location is good. Other reviews mentioned no AC but there is AC now.
− Room is small and dark. Noisy late at night and early in the morning as the adjoining businesses play music. Loud announcements constantly from a speaker (“Bluetooth not connected”) throughout entire stay that would wake me at night. Would not go here as a solo female traveller. felt extremely creeped out. I noticed the fan had been turned off when I was out of the home and messaged the staff member but he ignored this message - home had not been cleaned or serviced so there was no reason for someone to have been in. Also no hot water. Last time, I stayed in Painkiller Hiriketiya that was also budget but much nicer and would advise people to stay there instead.

10.0We extended for 10 days because we loved this cozy home so much! It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach on a really nice street with loads of great restaurants including loads of budget friendly options. We saw monkeys and giant squirrels in the trees right beside the cafe next door which was amazing. It has really powerful aircon that seems new, and a fan facing the bed. You have your own little private garden with a washing line, 4 chairs and fan we spent lots of time sat there! The bathroom has open windows which made it nice and airy and the shower has great water pressure. The owner is also really lovely and really quick to respond to messages!

− Es gibt nur einen kleinen Ventilator an der Wand und das Zimmer ist extrem heiß.
