The boathouse is Gorgeous! In a Perfect location. Extremely clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cute place, nice location.

− Correspondence with host was poor and frustrating. Guests in adjoining house were noisy, kids running around late into night (right outside our bedroom window) and their dog was very aggressive. We couldn't get into the boathouse without calling out and waiting for them to call the dog off. Scary. Garage right underneath boathouse. Noisy. Building works in street, contractors around all day. Noisy. Not a relaxing stay, not value for money. Being asked to vacuum before you leave a bit strange for a 'boutique' stay.

A lovely place to stay. Short walk for a swim a bonus

Property was in a wonderful quiet location with lovely views of Gunnamatta Bay which was a safe place to swim. Surf beaches are only a short drive for those keen. Not too far from local shops (although not really walking distance). Clean and comfortable with most amenities. Wine fridge was a bonus given size of main fridge. Plenty of options to walk

− No outdoor table to sit at nor shade for the outdoor area which restricted use on hot/sunny days. Did not have a coffee machine, very odd given the upmarket sell of the property.
