− The rooms were smelly and suffocating

1.0− Geyser didn't work. Manager never there. Shower broken. We asked to change the room and they were inflexible. Front office staff didn't resolve our issues promptly on day 1. After a tiring days travel we were told we can't get food at homestay bec cook going on leave.
