7.0Location, near to everything Works for us, only for one nigth stay
− Bed was a bit hard
Overall it was ok. I think it’s far for the price paid.
8.0The hotel was in the city center, easy access to/from the ferry and very close to many restaurants and cafes. Not so close to the best beaches, but I recommend renting a car in Cozumel, because it gets expensive to use taxis everywhere. The people in the reception were always very nice.
− The double beds could be bigger, and the pillows are not comfortable to me as I prefer soft pillows. Also sometimes we could hear the people in the other bedrooms nearby. And there are no curtains in the bathroom window, so we have light in the morning.

9.0La ubicación esta cerca del ferry, la piscina para darte una refrescada, cuenta con te, cafe y agua en la recepción.
− Ruidos molestos a las 23 y a las 00.50hs ambas veces me despertaron. Corrían muebles, tal vez hacían el aseo de algunas habitaciones pero no debería ser en el horario de descanso de los huéspedes
