Vue magnifique,localisé au 5ème a 10 min a pied du métro, propriétaire très sympa, arrangeant, communique de bonnes adresses. Pas de problème de sécurité.equipement important machine a laver, lessive, serviettes shampooing, liquide vaisselle, condiments... a 20 min d un cine en plein air. Parking possible au pied de l'immeuble, calme. Décoration au rendez-vous . Cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix étant donné la vue

− La chaleur dans la cuisine non climatisée, chaleur intenable mi juillet. L immeuble est ancien et l’ appartement aussi il n’est pas possible de mettre 3 appareils en fonction simultanément ex clim salon chambre et LL. Pas de lave vaisselle. Des encombrants sur la terrasse Pas de porte pour séparer la baignoire du reste de l’ appartement juste le rideau de douche,
