Mooi nieuw goed uitgerust appartement. Dichtbij centrum en winkels. Makkelijke sleuteloverdracht via sleutelkluisje.

− In advertentie wordt gesproken van balkon, maar daar is geen sprake van aangezien er totaal geen zitgelegheid is en het dak er uitzag of repararie noodzakelijk was. Met zomerse temperaturen van 28+ is het vanwege de hitte niet uit te houden. Een airco is dan echt noodzakelijk.

Lage. Wohnungseinrichtung ist soweit okay

− Wir waren die letzten 3 Jahre viermal hier. Zweimal davon mussten wir die Vermieter anschreiben wegen dem Zugangscode, der uns um 15:30 Uhr immer noch nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Das schlimmste und ärgerlichste ist, das die Terrasse auch nach 3 Jahren nicht nutzbar ist. Überall sind riesige Pfützen und zuletzt sogar lag Hundekacke darauf. Die Lampe im Wohnzimmer hängt mittendrin tief herunter, so das man sich öfters den Kopf anstößt.
