10.0Great location, tidy spacious room, nice views, close to Waikato hospital, able to park right next to cabin. Quiet spot perfect for a night away , comfortable bed, large space
− It is very close to the owners house however this didn’t hinder our stay but mentioning just so others are aware. Pillows could have been more comfortable however I did still get a good nights sleep

9.0Arrived quite late and left early the next day. Very cosy and warm. More spacious than expected. Good kitchen facilities, awesome bed and shower was wonderful. Loved the digital key code lock,. Felt very safe. Good location to hospital although I did drive but it is walkable.
− I arrived in the dark and had a little difficulty finding the right place but once found all good. No TV but no biggie when you're only there overnight.

10.0Handy to Waikato Hospital Checkin and out times great Lovely accommodation, perfect home away from. home.
− Couldn't get water hot using the wash basin... but maybe that was just me. Regardless perfect for what I was looking for budgetwise. A+

A very restful, peaceful location. It was very well suited for my short stay.
