Disappointing. This property could be so much better with care and attention to detail.
5.0A property of two halves. Pleasant location, close to town. A spacious bungalow ,well decorated, modern lighting.
− For safe use high sided bath needs a hand rail. Some furnishing needs replacing. One settee has lost its springing. Curtains in bedroom bay window show long term damage, really not up to standard. Problems on arrival, 1.only cold water in system. 2. unworkable tv. Due to a totally inadequate information folder, this needed phoning management company. While response was positive, it took 2 days to solve.

− Problems with t v.only one channel.not told about that. Fusty smell in bathroom,needs new w c seat. Non slip mat was dirty. Handrail needed for bath,and floor tiles needed re grouting.Curtains in bedroom need replacing.
