Ganz gut
8.0Super Lage. Waren auf einer Hochzeit direkt gegenüber und mussten nur ein paar Sekunden gehen. Der Self-Check-in ist unkompliziert aber braucht ziemlich lange. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und auch alles sehr neu. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
− Die Zimmer waren unglaublich heiß als wir angekommen sind, weil es leider keine Klimaanlage gab und die Vorhänge alle offen waren und die Sonne bei über 30 Grad direkt rein gescheint hat.

10.0Nemohu posoudit, protože jsem nemohl, vzhledem k časovému zaneprázdnění využít služeb.
− Procedura check in. požadoval jsem check in od 12 hodin. V 11.30 hod. jsem se pokusil provést na recepci hotelu check in a zaplatit přes terminál v hotelové lobby. Terminál mi hlásil, že je to možné až od 12 hodin. Počkal jsem do 12.10 hod. a několik pokusů se zaregistrovat a uhradit platbu selhalo. Přítomná místní pokojská to zkusila sama a také neúspěšně. Odjel jsem do Mnichova, kde jsem, měl intenzívní program obchodních jednání v rámci veletrhu Intersolar až do 23.15. hodin a nebylo možno se zabývat hotelovými procedurami. Cestou na hotel jsem musel doplnit benzín a přijel jsem po půlnoci. Z karty byl v souladu s podmínkami pobyt automaticky uhrazen, ale nikde nebyla na recepci žádná zpráva, nebylo možno najít klíče a ubytovat se. Za celý den jsem od hotelového personálu neobdržel proaktivně žádnou zprávu ani telefonát, abychom se mohli domluvit na postupu v takovém případě. Nakonec jsem tedy i přes uhrazené ubytování toto nemohl využít a musel najít náhradní řešení. Otázky na spokojenost jsou proto překvapením.
