Ein Objekt was viel Zuwendung und Herzlichkeit benötigt
4.0Die Aussicht und die Gegend ist toll. Die Vermieterin hat sehr guten Kuchen gebacken.
− Bei der Ankunft am Abend um 22.30 Uhr hat uns ein sehr kaltes, ungeheiztes Haus erwartet. Obere Etagen haben eine elektrische Heizung, aber der Küchen- und Essbereich muss mit Holz geheizt werden. Anzündholz gab es nicht, dafür eine Axt das man es selbst tun kann. Der Ofen war noch voller Asche. Der Tisch auf der Veranda war schmutzig vom Vormieter, zwei Stühle in der Küche kaputt, kein Wasserkocher, kein Lappen zum abwischen, schmutziges Geschirr, Boden schmutzig, Geschirrspüler ohne Tabs, kein Handtuch um Geschirr abzutrocknen, Kaffeemaschine ohne Kaffeetabs,erste Etage im Bad viel schwarzer Schimmel, Tisch Wohnzimmer ein Bein kaputt, in den Schlafzimmern keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu verdunkeln, Abflüsse Waschbecken schmutzig, dass kommt dann hoch wenn heißes Wasser reinläuft, Frühstück für 4 kostet 60 Euro..enthalten waren Brötchen ohne Butter,gekochte Eier, Wurst und Käse,bisschen Obst.,keine Marmelade usw, kein Getränk..Lampen die nicht funktionieren.. Whirlpool der überhaupt nicht einlädt zum baden..ein Spielplatz der nicht sicher ist.. insgesamt machte es den Eindruck dass sie Vermieter keine Zeit und Lust haben sich mit diesem Objekt zu beschäftigen. Ein herzliches Willkommen fühlt sich anders an.
