− Die Wohnung ist in der 4 Etage es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher wurde erst am nächsten Tag ersetzt.

1.0− How can you prove that this damage was caused by us? That apartment was not even the one we originally booked, and when we checked in, we did not inspect every item in the unit. The bed itself was already broken, and I had a very uncomfortable stay. I did not argue or ask for any compensation from you, and now you are suddenly accusing us of damaging your property. On top of that, the bed had a bedbug issue. Are you seriously trying to claim we caused this and force us to pay
