− A new set of pots and pans wouldn't go amiss & a tidy up of the garden, everything else was just fine. Thank you.

1.0It was a good location
− I overslept by one hour and had been in A&E all night. The owners came into the bedroom while I was sleeping and forced me out, threatening that they would pack up all my stuff for me. This is all audio taped as soon as I woke up. The woman said to me “you should have stayed in hospital” purely because I overslept of exhaustion. The door to the property was faulty and jammed when I went to open it at about 4am. I had to climb through the back as luckily left the back door unlocked. I have video evidence of it all. The owners claimed I “staged it” and just said it so I would get a refund. I have stayed in many many properties on my booking account and have never complained once. The owners refused to open the door after I said to them I left something. We was forced out in under 5mins and the owner who is an old man told me to wait outside of the property while my girlfriend was getting changed by herself in the bedroom! I have all of this on audio recordings. These owners are horrible!

10.0Very comfortable flat. It is located very central, close to grocery store and restaurants. The owner was super fast with communication and getting us the key code. So much better than staying in a hotel. Being on the ground floor was convenient. I enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck
− An extension cord would have been awesome, the British don't have barhroom outlets.
