− El hotel no está limpio, la moqueta huele a rancio y el baño a humedad. Al entrar en la habitación es muy desagradable. Hay polvo en todas partes ya que los pasillos están abiertos al exterior. El tamaño de las habitaciones dentro de la media de Tokio. En lugar de limpiar las habitaciones dejan una bolsa con toallas y las amenities colgadas en la puerta, todos los días. Sería mejor que limpiarán un poco y cambiarán menos toallas.
