8.0朝食が種類が多く、美味しかったです
ホテルはまあまあ良かったと思うが、時間があれば、もう一度温泉に入りたかった。
6.0温泉は良かった。温度も丁度よくのんびりと入れた。 朝食、旅先だと朝からどうして食べて仕舞うのだろう。とてもおいしかった。
− 朝の時間の設定を早めにならないか？ 朝、温泉に入りたかったが、時間的に入れなかったのが残念でした。 朝食の時間ももう少し早くしてもらいたかった。
如果去这家酒店，一定要叫酒店的车来接，不然你会累到叫苦连天
8.0房间很大，一个人住双床房，酒店晚餐是会席料理，味道一般，早餐是自助餐，更一般 有马温泉街挺小的，没几家店，那有卖巴士票可以去大阪、京都、神户的，注意一定要买票，我以为跟来的时候一样，结果是高速巴士，因为我没买票，最后硬生生的等了一个多小时，而且寄存箱都满了，虽然2楼也有，但箱子太重拎不上去，结果没法存，拖着箱子也没办法吃午餐，只能饿着肚子等到大阪才能吃了
− 这家酒店是我永远的噩梦，我从神户搭巴士去的，在有马温泉站下车，因为我没找酒店来接，结果噩梦开始了……酒店在很高的山上，我虽然只有一个箱子，但还有大包小包的，然后我就拖着它们上坡，这坡是越来越高，连出租车都没有，虽然不算太远，但因为不是平地，全是斜坡，就像是爬滑梯一样的从下往上爬，爬的我差点没断气，我心率都出问题了，结果我连逛的力气都没了

− エレベーターは2機設置されていますが、あまりにも遅い。
夕食以外は、不満無し。宿のお風呂も良かったので、満足しています。
7.0清潔、お部屋に台が多く（広く）、物を置きやすいのがとても良かったです。 空調も良く効き、快適に過ごせました。
− 宿の夕食が高過ぎて、外食をしましたが、周りに夕食を提供するお店が無く、駅周辺まで下りましたが、それでもお店は少なく、コンビニで済まそうかと思ったくらいです。夕食難民になりました、、有馬温泉街は適当な価格で夕食を摂れる店が見つけ難いです。
