Breakfast was lovely and so was the service.

− The fact that there was no small fridge in the wooden cabins. Very disappointing as we came with a small puppy and couldn't keep her food in the fridge or cool the water we brought with us. I hope this will change soon and guests will be offered small fridges. Small fridges are very reasonably priced these days so we expect them to be available on our next visit. The owner should take this opinion into consideration. I have read other opinions from guests who have already complained about this and it has still not been changed.

Location and facilities. Beautiful

− I think the quality was a bit too cheap. The location was great, rooms tidy and in OKAY shape. However, given the price I would expect bikes to be included in the price and hotel breakfast that matches the expectations of spa/resort hotel level. The breakfast was just OKAY but it was a bit cheap and you could tell that they try to keep the cost down. When I travel to such places the least I expect are nice fresh smooties, freshly pressed juices, nice fresh buffé of berries and home made marmolades. Here we have got synthetic orange juice from a machine, no marmolades for pancakes, no berries and very limited fruits choices and possibility for ordering fresh juice for a juicy price. This for me doesn’t match resort atmoshere. When it comes to evening menu, the turhish food was of very poor quality and juicy price. I have travelled a lot around Turkey and I can tell that any Turkish person wouldn’t appreciate the meals served. We got a plate covered with a spoon of tomatoe concentrete dilluted with water, on top of this gewy thick bread and really badly seasoned poor quality beef chunk. No vegetaböes, very unapetizing presentation..Day after we have ordered pork cheecks and pasta. Gnocchi and past were very overcooked. My advice to the hotel owners is to look over the quality because you can tell they have invested a lot of money and the place is really beautiful. It would be sad if the place ends up giving this poor quality impression.

Calm and relaxing stay

Amazing food, very nice place, super kind owner. Internet was really good and fast. I was worried about it based on the comments but seems they upgraded because I was able to have some online meetings. Rooms are clean and there are many options like padleboard, bike, kayak, etc renting.

− As it’s a lake resort, there are lots of mosquitos. Our room didn’t have any flynet on the balcony door, whereas all the other rooms have. We were not able to let some fresh air into room for 4 days. When we reported that to reception, she said there is no similar available rooms, if we pay extra they can give us different room (I guess other rooms were bigger, that’s why price increase). Of course I didn’t pay, eventually I opened the window one night for 5 minutes, ended up with full of red spots on my body because of mosquito bites. Just check upon your arrival and don’t select non-refundable option to avoid such unexpected situations.
