1.0− Arrived at the entrance and couldn’t get in because my code didn’t work. After calling customer service a few times and waiting about an hour (with the code being changed four times), I finally managed to get inside. But then the room code didn’t work either, so I had to wait another 30 minutes for security to come and fix it. The room itself was fine and clean, but the toilets were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the kitchen wasn’t in great shape either. Went to take a shower to relax, but when I tried to adjust the shower head, I spotted a spider 🕷️ making its home between the shower hose and the ceiling.

1.0Bra läge. Ett perfekt boende för oss som är många och vill kunna laga mat till många på gemensam yta. Bra rum, lättillgängligt till badrum och toalett.
− Städningen var under all kritik. Toaletterna var snuskiga. I det gemensamma köket kan det inte varit städat på väldigt länge. Redskapen i lådorna använde vi inte ens, gick och köpte nytt för att kunna äta frukost och laga matt. I kylarna fanns det mat som var över ett år gammalt. När vi ringde kundtjänst kom vi till engelsktalande person (inga problem i sig) men han lovade att skicka någon att hjälpa oss. Förråden, där vi tror att städmaterial förvarades, var låsta så vi kunde inte städa själva heller. När vi inte var där gissar vi att en personal varit på plats, för soporna var tömda. Men, det var inte städat!
