Lake View Cabin Was Misleading
6.0Location was good. Close to the town center. Staff was good. He turned on the heater before we arrived and explained things clearly.
− Booked the Lake View cabin and even left a note with my booking asking if we could please have a cabin with a good lake view. Unfortunately, the only glimpse of the lake was a small section visible from the balcony. I messaged to ask if there had been a mistake, but never received a reply. Calling this a “Lake View” cabin feels quite misleading, and the lack of communication was very disappointing.
Bed bugs. Mattress have bed bugs. Arrived had to clean the cabin myself cleaner had gone missing
