Comfortable, well located, well heated unit with very helpful hosts.

Very good location; literally minutes from central Wanaka. Very good facilities except for an extremely small tv - ok for News but not great for watching a movie. Excellent bathroom & great shower. Dishwasher & washing machine were much appreciated. Really well designed and thought out apartment with good storage options. We really appreciated the offer to check out as late as early pm but in the event left just after the regular 10am check out.

− More crockery & glassware would have been useful as the dishwasher cycle was quite long. We bought more mugs - smaller, finer china (Opp Shop) as the tea doesn't cool down as quickly as in the big chunky mugs.

Absolutely fabulous! great communication with the owner, comfortable bed, specious bathroom. Unit equipped with everything needed. Clean and cosy. Perfect location.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Roys view. The apartment was modern and clean. A very short walk to Wānaka lakefront and restaurants etc. Comfortable bed and a great shower.
