− O quarto estava sujo. Empurrei uma das camas porque tenho um baby e precisava encontrar a cama na parede e tava tudo sujo embaixo da cama. Uma parede estava mofada e o banheiro não tem saída de ventilação.

− Instalações, dificuldades para ligar a tv,chuveiro, msm na cama o controle e muito difícil, eu tenho uma tv igual. O pluto tv abre durantebo dia e na noite não, não entendi essa diferença da noite e dia,porque???? E os canais sao limitados então para que a tv nos quartos? Se não podemos acessar os canais? A ducha e boa mais até esquentar a agua e difícil ,tambem achei o quarto escuro pouca luminosidade, o banheiro e ótimo, mas o qurto e necessário de mais claridade

7.0Em si o hotel é bom. A localização muito boa.
− Existe um leve aspecto de precariedade. O elevador estava quebrado. De maneira geral os hotéis em locais onde faz frio também tem água quente na torneira. O sanitário não tem ducha higiênica. Não foi fornecida toalha de rosto. Um sabonete de mão e uma toalha de banho apenas.
