8.0L emplacement idéal pour visiter mons, parking gratuit plus bas a 7min de marche
logement correcte, situation centrale un peu bruyante ! manque de réactivité , prix trop élevé
6.0situation centrale, facilité d'accès au logement , canapé lit pour voyage avec une amie c'est bien, logement propre et déco sympa. bonne literie
− le manque de réactivité à mes demande complémentaire . mauvais rapport qualité prix. le terme luxury n'est pas approprié. exemple : un simple percolateur en guise de machine à café.

2.0Si vous venez pour faire la fête en étant jeune à Mons, il est fait pour vous ! Pour TOUS les autres, FUYEZ ! L'appartement dans son ensemble est bien. Lit ok, sdb ok, cuisine ok !
− Si vous venez pour être "paisible", FUYEZ !!! Il est horriblement situé. Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 bébés sans connaître Mons et ses quartiers... nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le quartier le plus bruyant et le plus détestable de Mons pour une famille avec enfants... cris, bagarres et gens ivres jusqu'à 4h du matin sous nos fenêtres. Il faisait mourrant dans l'appartement et impossible d'aérer, pas de ventilateur disponible malgré ma demande... Les propriétaires auraient pu nous avertir en voyant notre réservation avec des enfants en bas âge ! Ils sont plus fort pour collecter l'argent que pour penser au bien-être des clients ! Ajoutez à cela une TV sans aucune chaîne (il y avait une soit disant IPTV qui ne fonctionnait absolument pas) et donc inutilisable si vous n'avez pas un abonnement Netflix ! Et la moitié des prises ne fonctionnent pas... PLUS JAMAIS POUR NOUS !
