7.0The space was large and had all the basic amenities required. There was a selection of breakfast snacks available. Coffee was available but the convection hot plate was challenging to work with the coffee pot provided.l
− Communication with the owner was minimal. On day of arrival we were told the cleaners had not shown up and we could drop our suitcases but not get in until 6pm. When we arrived to drop the luggage we were met by the next door neighbour. Looking back at other reviews we are wondering if this is a regular occurrence. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very very poor. We have seen this referenced in previous reviews as well. There was no communication with the owner unless we initiated it including asking how to leave the keys at the end of our stay. No visitor information, we had to ask for the wifi ….

Very nice and comfortable apartment
10.0Very nice apartment, close to railway station and city center. The apartment is well furnished, clean, and large enough to accommodate multiple people or families. The two bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed also for a long stay and to cook. The host let us find some fresh water at our arrival as well as some snacks and pastries for the breakfast. Overall, a very nice apartment that we can highly recommend.

10.0Le logement est très propre, bien agencé. Rien ne manque. Et la décoration est sympa. Sa localisation est aussi un atout. À 5 min de la gare à pied pour prendre le train direction Bologne. Cela permet de ne pas utiliser sa voiture.
− Étant un appartement, il y a les bruits des voisins tôt le matin. Mais cela est inévitable

1.0− Check-in was at 5:30 PM due to a problem with the cleaning lady, we only asked to put our bags inside so we could visit the Bologna exhibition center for business reasons. For a very long time the host refused to serve us and finally after a lot of pressure we were served.
