1.0− Arrived and was unable to access the property. Was unable to contact owner or booking.com for help. Messages not answered and owners' phone number didn't work. Ended up having to book another hotel last minute. Still no response from either owner or booking.com. Will definitely not be using booking.com ever again and definitely do not recommend this property. Was a very stressful experience, which should have been an enjoyable time away in London.
If I paid £30 I would of been okay with it but o paid nearly £180 so felt very upset with that - would not use again
1.0− The room I booked was already being used so we had to be moved to a smaller room only suitable for 2 people with 4 of us sharing, we booked a room for 4 people to share. A bed and sofa bed as we got moved to a smaller room they left us a mattress to put on the floor which blocked the toilet and door out which was a safety issue.
