10.0Absolutely perfect stay at Kumeya. My fav is the communal area and shared kitchen, they're are fantastic for getting some work done, and the WiFi was flawless the entire time.
整體來說cp值還是挺高的，而且是新的旅館，所以設備都算乾淨寬敞！
8.0以價格來說非常划算，有泳池也有廚房，員工友善，服務也很好！整體設備都還算新，位置也還算方便，周邊有不少不錯的餐廳與咖啡廳，晚上也頗為安靜，住客不會太多、太壅擠，網路也算順暢，是一間很適合遠端工作者旅居的旅館！
− 熱水器有點小，洗澡不能洗太久，否則會沒有熱水；蓮蓬頭也只有固定式的花灑，亞洲人可能會有點不習慣。在房務清潔上可能需要再仔細一點，因為某天我不經意的看到床底下竟然留著不知道哪個房客的垃圾，我的旅伴也發現她床頭櫃的縫隙裡有一包全新的小熊軟糖⋯⋯ＸＤ

− Volgens booking heeft het hotel 24/7 security, maar helaas is dit niet het geval. De scooter die ik had gehuurd van een extern bedrijf, is op hun terrein gestolen. Ik heb maandenlang op Bali op verschillende plekken verbleven en nooit problemen gehad, maar dat het enige "hotel" waar ik verbleef, die "24/7" security heeft, niet heeft gezien hoe een scooter wordt gestolen, vind ik heel bijzonder. Zodra ik erachter kwam, heb ik het personeel gelijk aangesproken en de manager kon ik niet spreken en een assistent-manager hadden ze niet. Toen ik vroeg hoe dit kon gebeuren, gaven ze ook toe dat ze niet echt security hebben en dat de nachtreceptie die zij zien als "security" andere taken heeft dan alleen opletten. Ik zag ze eerlijk gezegd altijd of op de vloer achter de receptie liggen te slapen of ze waren filmpjes aan het kijken op hun telefoon. Een compensatie werd mij ook niet aangeboden of aan de eigenaren van de scooter. Wat ik heel kwalijk vind, want doordat Kumeya zijn voorwaarden niet nakomt, is het scooterbedrijf een bron van inkomsten kwijt. Daarnaast waren de kamers ontzettend vochtig en hoefde de AC niet eens aan, want het was al extreem koud ondanks dat het buiten 30 graden was. Ongezonde omgeving en ook nog eens onveilig. Voor een plek die meent zulke goede service te hebben, vind ik het merkwaardig slecht.
