Líbil se nám styl check in i outu. Formou hesla se dostanete na pozemek i do ap. Nemusíte omezovat na čas sebe a ani ubytovatele. Máte k dispozici celý ap včetně vlastní sociálky, vybavenou kuchyňku, dokonce je tu i pračka, kterou jsme nevyužili. Prostředí čisté.

− Lokalita je na křižovatce, ale vše za plotem v případě dětí, navíc branka jde těžko, takže by se ven nedostali. Nejsme typ, který by zůstával na pobytě, což bych si asi tady nedokázala představit. Ale v případě využití na přespání a vyjíždět odsud na výlety, je to lokalita naprosto super. Pobyt: Zvětšila ručníky na osušky a snížila zrcadlo v koupelně. Je tak vysoko,že se tam nevidí prakticky nikdo :) TV a světlo je na stejném signálu. Tzn kdyz chcete jen zhasnout, vypnete si i TV a naopak. Dodala bych pár hrníčků, skleničky na vino a pár klasických talířů (na asi 20 hlubokých talířů, jsou jen dva hrnky a talíř klasik asi jen jeden). Ale to jsou prkotiny, které nemají až tak vliv na spokojenost :) Při úklidu/přípravě ap pro další klienty bych kontrolovala v jakém stavu zanechali nádobí předchozí klienti. V hlubokých talířích stála žlutá voda (i u těch prostředních), některé nádobí bylo fakt špinavé... V kuchyni nesvítilo světlo (svitili jsme si z koupelny). I s těmito věcmi jsme se porvali, ale příjemné to úplně nebylo.

− На жаль, мій досвід проживання був дуже негативним. Після бронювання мені надіслали лист із вимогою пройти попередню реєстрацію. У цьому листі була вказана адреса, за якою я приїхав пізно ввечері, але знайти помешкання там було неможливо. Лише після повторної перевірки Booking я знайшов іншу адресу. Навіть за правильною адресою знайти вхід було дуже складно. Жодних зрозумілих вказівників не було. Я написав власникам із проханням допомогти, але відповіді довелося чекати до ранку. У результаті мені довелося самостійно, методом спроб і помилок, розбиратися, куди потрібно йти. Також виявилося, що це зовсім не апартаменти, а радше хостел із кімнатою на три ліжка. Туалет був брудний і не змитий, а в кімнаті бігали жуки. Сподіваюся, власники виправлять ці недоліки, а мій відгук допоможе іншим гостям знати, чого очікувати.

− I have got a code for the key box some week before arrival and it was repeated 1 day before arrival., It was not functioning. I stood before the closed door. I looked for the phone number of the host, and asked for a valid code or coming there to show me how to get in. Unfortunately, she did not speak English, the only word I have understood as it was repeated very loudly that SMS (esemes!!!). I have looked for my SMS maóessages, waited for some time, looked again, nothing. I have called her again, but nothing else like ESEMES was shouted. I have called Booking.com and asked for help in English, but noithing happened, just a lot of data was asked to make sure I am I and some vague promise was communicated aboput calling the host by Booking.com. I have waited, looked for SMS again and by chance, I have got an email with 3 other codes (one for the courtyard gate, one for the house, one for the room, all the three electronic, using an other system which was not mentioned before. I went in an called back Booking.com that I am in after all. One day later I was informed by booking.com that I have got another accomodation (for yesterday?) and as I have seen later on, my payments were re-paid. I did not have time before to answer to all this. I would like to pay for the host and get an invoice for the night.
