Cockroaches, rats and maggots. Extreme desperation would only result in another stay
2.0There were few aspects that were satisfactory. One is the location. The other is that hotel staff will provide a response to queries.
− A putrid stench. Insects in the room. Rodents in lower ground floor.. Cardboard-like mattresses. Hairs in the buffet breakfast. Uneaten breakfast serviced the following day. Insects in stale breakfast meat. Faulty bathroom appliances. Needing to request the room is appropriately furnished. Being in a room under the dining area which results in excessive noise being transmitted from 6:30am to midnight. Staff making unnecessary noise in the hallway in the morning.
