Villa situé dans un havre de paie malgré quelques sujets a revoir.

Le cadre et l'emplacement de la villa est un havre de paie. La vue est magnifique. Idéal pour se ressourcer. La villa est assez proche des commodités et du magnifique village intra muros de Volterra.

− Pour le prix de location de la villa, le chemin d'accès d'environ 800m en cailloux saillant et très abimé (trous et dévers) n'est pas l'idéal pour des voitures de tourisme. Les équipements pour les repas est un peu limite et pas de BBQ ou de plancha pour faire quelques grillades. Les literies sont également a changer. L'un des lit était renforcé avec une bille de bois et un bastaing sous le sommier.
